Hi! I’m Cary, a child of God, a forester by profession and a public servant by occupation. Making introductions or telling something about myself is one of the things that I’m not really good at so I’ll just share something about this blog.

This is actually not my first blog because three years ago, I’d set up a book blog for the reviews of the books I’m reading. While I don’t post there regularly (because I somehow got tired of writing reviews), it’s still existing and I update it from time to time.  How is this different? Well, in my book blog, I don’t write about things concerning my personal life, except for some book-related activities. But then I came across with this article on reasons why should I blog  and was inspired by it and so I thought why not give it a try again.

I actually don’t have any idea how this blog will look like but one thing is for sure, I will talk about Jesus and the things He’s teaching me most of the time. And that’s also the reason why I’ve entitled this blog as “No Ordinary Day”. The title was inspired by the song “Ordinary Day” by one of  my favorite Christian Artist, Ginny Owens. Though I know I may not be able to write my thoughts everyday, I’m pretty sure I will never run of something to write because everyday is an adventure story, especially when I know that Christ is with me all throughout my journey.

So there, come and join me in my journey with Jesus as I talk about things I love and other things that amuse me.
