Week 8: 10 Personal Daily Affirmations

Spread the love

Buon giorno!

Week 8 topic is quite easy for me so I won’t procrastinate any longer to finish this post. Nothing beats the comfort of affirmation that comes from the Lord so what I will share are my favorite timeless promises I received from the Lord during my quiet times in the past.

In no particular order:

1. I am forgiven.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)

2. The Lord is my shield.

Those who look to him are radiant;
their faces are never covered with shame. (Psalm 34:5)

3. I am highly favored.

I will look on you with favor and make you fruitful and increase your numbers,
and I will keep my covenant with you. (Leviticus 26:9)

4. Perseverance is the key.

So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. (Hebrews 10:35-36)

5. Ask, seek, knock.

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. (Matthew 7:7-8)

6. I am blessed with everything I need.

His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness (2 Peter 1:3)

7. God’s plan and purpose will always prevail.

Surely, as I have planned, so it will be,
and as I have purposed, so it will happen (Isaiah 14:24

8. I am loved forever.

The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying:
“I have loved you with an everlasting love;
I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.” (Jeremiah 31:3)

9. I am called to make a lasting impact.

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit— fruit that will last–and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.
(John 15:16)

10. I am beautiful.

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well. (Psalm 139:14)
